AP-1230 Armor-Bond Flex – 70A Polyurethane Adhesive AP-1230 is a two-part, flexible polyurethane adhesive designed for strong, shock-absorbing bonds. With a 3–4 minute work time and 15-minute set time, it’s ideal for polyurethane cast products, foams, fabrics, cosplay armor, props, costumes, and medical simulation models. Packaged in a convenient 50ml cartridge with 2 static mix tips (dispensing gun sold separately). Purge a small amount before attaching tip. 3. Attach mix tip and dispense a short waste bead. 4. Apply adhesive to prepared surfaces and join parts. 5. Allow 15 min to set, 24 hrs to cure fully.
